Terms and Conditions for Restaurant Reservations:
We look forward to welcoming you to Suay Pan Asian Restaurant. Please take a moment to read through our booking terms and conditions:
LATE ARRIVALS
If you’re running late, please call the restaurant as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate a later arrival. Without contact, your table will only be held for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
CANCELLATIONS & CHARGES
We understand plans can change. If you are unable to attend your booking, please inform us by phone at your earliest convenience.
If you need to amend the number of guests, please call or email us. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we may only be able to honour the original booking size, especially during busy periods.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
For online reservations, your booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from a member of our team.
Deposits
– A £5 per person deposit is required for bookings of 6 or more guests.
– On special occasions (e.g. Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day), a £10 per person deposit is required.
– Bookings will remain provisional until the deposit is paid in full.
Please note: All deposits are non-refundable. However, if you’re unable to attend, deposits can be transferred to a future reservation or used towards a takeaway order (valid for up to 6 months from the original booking date).
CHILDREN & ACCESSIBILITY
We welcome children of all ages. However, for safety reasons, children under 18 are not permitted to sit near or approach the bar or kitchen area.
If your reservation includes children, please ensure they are included in the total guest count. If you require a highchair or space for a pushchair, let us know in the additional comments section when booking.
We are proud to offer full wheelchair access, including accessible restroom facilities with a baby changing station.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & ALLERGENS
Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking or on arrival.
If a dish is marked with an allergen symbol or have separate dietary menu’s, it means we can prepare it to be allergen-free — but it is not automatically suitable for all dietary needs. Please be aware that cross-contamination may occur in our kitchen.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers must be presented to be redeemed and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (see the back of the voucher for expiry details).
Please note:
– No change can be given from vouchers.
– Gratuities cannot be paid using a gift voucher.
